Our home is a Lincoln Log Cabin on Pilings located at the Jersey Shore. We have French doors leading out to the back deck with distant views of Barnaget Bay. Our back yard is part of the E. Forsyth Estuary Wildlife Preserve. Great bird watching and boat watching. We have many animal sightings as well. Deer walk across the estuary and a turtle comes by occasionally . Its conveniently located by everything the shore has to offer and far away enough for peace and quiet. You may sit in the back to watch the sunrise and the front deck for the beginning of the sunset. Walk to.... fishing/crabbing at Manotoloking Bridge Pier (I do not have any of the equipment) Traders Cove Park which is a state of art park with an elaborate playground, a public boat/kayak launch and a changing area. It's a nice little walk to the famous Crab Shack (My favorite ... fresh clams, put them on the charcoal grill or shuck some oysters. Great for biking or a nice jog over the Mantoloking Bridge to the beach. The Mantoloking Beach is approx 1 1/2 miles from the cabin and very close to brick beach. We are an 8 min car ride to Point Pleasant Jenkinsens Boardwalk/ Aquarium,/beach - rides, games, and Tiki Bar. Martels, Seaside is approx. 15 -20mins, Great Adventure 40mins, Atlantic City 1 1/2 hour south right off the Garden State Pkwy. So much more. The fireplace and pit may ONLY be used if you know how to work them. Just as a reminder this is a log cabin not a beach house so pls make sure this is for you. We are in the process of updating and just put in new front stairs.
